When you fill in the application form, we collect: your first name, last name, phone number, email address and, if provided, any additional information you choose to share with us.

Processing your IP address for security purposes is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is shared with ImmoZen Groupe Suisse's internal recruitment team, as well as the following technical providers (processors within the meaning of the GDPR):

• Google LLC (Gmail) — sending confirmation and internal notification emails, mailbox hosting. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Our candidate management backend — storing and tracking your application.

• Upstash Inc. — transient processing (a few seconds) of your IP address for request rate-limiting purposes, with no long-term storage.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your application data is kept for the duration of the recruitment process, then for a maximum of 24 months from our last contact if your application does not proceed [duration to be confirmed based on your internal policy].

If a franchise agreement is concluded, your data is kept in accordance with the duration of the contractual relationship and applicable legal retention obligations.

This site only sets one technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) used to remember your language preference. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The application form is protected against abusive submissions through rate-limiting and strict validation of submitted data.
